On the morning of February 15, leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Football Federation visited, encouraged and wished Tet to the Vietnamese women's team who are training at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, on the occasion of preparing to enter the new year of Binh Ngo Spring.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Hoang Dao Cuong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh - Director of the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Van Phu - Secretary General of the Vietnam Football Federation.
Reporting to the leaders of the Ministry and management units, Head Coach Mai Duc Chung said that the whole team is seriously maintaining the training plan, ensuring the volume and intensity according to the set lesson plan. Although it is close to Tet, the players still show a spirit of concentration, professional awareness and high determination to aim for important tasks in 2026.

On behalf of the coaching staff and players, coach Mai Duc Chung expressed his gratitude for the timely attention and encouragement of the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Football Federation, and affirmed that this is a source of motivation for the whole team to continue to strive in the coming time.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the team's serious training spirit and persistent efforts, especially in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year. The Deputy Minister emphasized that the achievements that the Vietnamese women's team has achieved in the past time have made an important contribution to the overall success of national sports; and affirmed that management units will continue to create favorable conditions for the team to successfully complete the goals in the new year.
On the occasion of Binh Ngo Spring, leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports and the Vietnam Football Federation sent New Year greetings to the entire coaching staff, players and their families, wishing the team good health, luck and continued success.
According to the plan, in the afternoon of the same day, the players will return to their localities to celebrate Tet with their families and gather again on February 18 (ie, the 2nd day of the Binh Ngo Tet) to continue the training program, preparing for international missions in the near future.
