The flight carrying coach Mai Duc Chung and his team landed at Noi Bai airport at 2:30 PM on the same day.
The training camp in Shenzhen is considered an important preparation step in the roadmap towards the upcoming continental arena. During this time, the Vietnamese women's team maintains high training intensity, and also plays a number of friendly matches to review the force, test the squad as well as improve physical foundation, endurance and tactical coordination ability.
The coaching staff also creates conditions for many young players to be given opportunities to play, thereby accumulating more international competition experience and gradually improving their expertise.
According to the plan, on the morning of February 15, the Vietnamese women's team will have a training session at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center to maintain the rhythm of movement and complete the final professional contents before taking a break. After this training session, the players will return to their localities to celebrate Tet with their families.
By February 18 (ie, the 2nd day of the Binh Ngo Tet), the whole team will gather again to continue training, aiming to complete the preparation for the final round of the 2026 Asian Women's Football Championship, taking place in Perth City (Australia) from March 4.
With methodical preparation and high concentration, the Vietnamese women's team is aiming for positive results at the continental tournament.
