World coffee prices
On the London Stock Exchange, Robusta prices for delivery in March 2025 remained unchanged at 5,735 USD/ton. Longer terms have slight adjustments. Meanwhile, Arabica prices on the New York exchange also did not have strong fluctuations after the trading session at the end of the week.

Factors affecting coffee prices
According to a Reuters survey, world coffee prices are entering an adjustment phase after continuously reaching peaks in recent times. Investors taking profits and supply prospects improving are putting pressure on the market. However, low inventory is still a factor supporting coffee prices to remain high.
In Brazil, Arabica coffee exports in January fell 1.6% year-on-year to 3.98 million bags, according to a report from the Brazilian Coffee Export Association (Cecafe). This reflects that supply has not shown strong signs of recovery.
Meanwhile, Vietnam - the world's largest producer of Robusta coffee - recorded an increase of 28.1% in January compared to last year. The market continues to expect clearer supply-demand signals in the coming time to determine price trends.
Coffee price forecast in the coming time
According to a Reuters survey, Arabica prices could fall by 30% by the end of 2025 as demand shows signs of slowing down and Brazil is expected to have a bumper crop. Meanwhile, Robusta prices are expected to remain stable at a high level, with the possibility of a slight decrease by the end of the year when supply from Vietnam recovers.
