Domestic coffee prices
Domestic coffee prices today reached an average of VND 117,600/kg, continuing to increase slightly by VND 300/kg.
In key localities, the purchase price ranges from 117,100 - 117,800 VND/kg. Of which, Lam Dong recorded the lowest level of 117,100 VND/kg; Gia Lai reached 117,500 VND/kg; Dak Lak was at 117,600 VND/kg; while Dak Nong (old) had the highest level of 117,800 VND/kg.
Compared to June 2, 2025, when coffee prices fluctuated between 117,500 - 118,000 VND/kg, an average of 118,000 VND/kg, the market is currently about 400 VND/kg lower.
Compared to the beginning of 2025, when recorded around 119,000 - 119,800 VND/kg, coffee prices have decreased by about 1,400 - 2,200 VND/kg.
World coffee prices
In the world market, London Robusta prices remained unchanged compared to the previous session, the September 2025 contract futures closed at 4,201 USD/ton. Compared to June 2 (US$4.235/ton), Robusta prices have decreased by US$34/ton. Meanwhile, Arabica New York moved sideways compared to the previous session, with the September 2025 deposit reaching 341.65 cents/lb, up 16.65 cents/lb compared to 325.00 cents/lb on June 2.
Coffee prices fluctuated in different directions, with Arabica coffee reaching its highest level in 2 months. Below-average rainfall in Brazil's coffee growing regions is supporting coffee prices after Somar Meteorologia reported on Monday that Minas Gerais, Brazil's largest Arabica coffee growing region, had no rain in the week ending August 16.
