In the Central region, the price of live pigs ranges from 53,000 - 57,000 VND/kg. In particular, a series of provinces and cities have had live pig prices decreased by VND 1,000/kg such as: Khanh Hoa (at VND 55,000/kg), Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak (at VND 54,000/kg), Ha Tinh (at VND 53,000/kg). Lam Dong is still the locality with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 57,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs ranges from 55,000 - 57,000 VND/kg. In particular, a series of provinces and cities have had live pig prices decrease by VND 1,000/kg such as: Vinh Long (at VND 55,000/kg), Can Tho (at VND 56,000/kg) and Ca Mau (at VND 57,000/kg).
