In the Central region, the price of live pigs ranges from 55,000 - 59,000 VND/kg. In particular, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An have had live pig prices decreased by VND 1,000/kg, to VND 55,000/kg, equal to the price in Ha Tinh and Quang Tri areas. Lam Dong is the province with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 59,000 VND/kg, followed by Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa at 58,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today is still the highest in the region and fluctuates between 58,000 - 60,000 VND/kg. Of which, Vinh Long and Can Tho have live pig prices at 58,000 VND/kg. Ca Mau has the highest price of live pigs in the region at 60,000 VND/kg - this is also the highest price in the country today.
