Lai Chau is the locality with the lowest import price of live pigs in the region at 52,000 VND/kg.
In the Central region, the price of live pigs ranges from 50,000 - 53,000 VND/kg. Of which, Gia Lai and Dak Lak have the lowest price of live pigs at 50,000 VND/kg. Thanh Hoa and Nghe An have the highest price of live pigs at 53,000 VND/kg, followed by Ha Tinh, Hue, Lam Dong at 52,000 VND/kg.
The Southern region has live pig prices ranging from 49,000 - 52,000 VND/kg. Of which, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City have had live pig prices decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 52,000/kg. Vinh Long is still the area with the lowest price of live pigs in the country, at 49,000 VND/kg.
