The main punishment comes from some kitchen staff not wearing masks and gloves when processing food.
Mr. Ly Van Canh - Head of the Food Safety and Hygiene Department (Thai Nguyen Department of Health) said that when he learned about the incident, the unit established a team to inspect. However, the inspection time had passed 2 days, so samples could not be taken and the exact cause could not be determined.
"Not being able to take samples for testing has led to the unknown specific cause. The samples stored in the cabinet were not complete, when the team came to check after 24 hours, the samples were also thrown away. Some kitchen staff members did not wear masks or hats.

The Center for National Defense and Security Education - Thai Nguyen University has implemented a food supply contract with Nam Thanh Ha Noi Limited Liability Company since 2019.
After the incident, the Center summoned representatives of Nam Thanh Hanoi Company Limited and related units, including the Department of Finance, Logistics, Engineering and Student Management to work, determine the cause of the incident and responsibility.
