Assessment and forecast
Vietnam is the world's leading pepper exporter, recently, the increase in pepper imports shows a new strategic trend from domestic enterprises.
In order to maintain processing activities and meet orders signed with foreign partners, businesses are forced to seek raw materials from other countries. Imports are not only a temporary solution in the context of a serious decline in domestic output but are also considered a strategic direction in the context of many changes in the global pepper supply chain.
