Assessment and forecast
After a period of alternating increases and decreases, the market today tends to move sideways, reflecting cautious sentiment in the context of slowing down buying power and profit-taking activities starting to take place.
Accordingly, after many consecutive sessions of increase, profit-taking has appeared at a number of dealers and commercial speculators. Purchasing power in the market also shows signs of slowing down because exporting enterprises are temporarily cautious and not in a hurry to buy. Some businesses are waiting for clearer signals from the world market before making a decision to import large quantities.
