According to a survey at PVOIL, the retail price of E10 RON95 gasoline opened for sale on August 1, 2025 is VND 19,600/liter; VND 200/liter higher than E5 RON92 gasoline and VND 240/liter lower than RON95-III mineral gasoline.
Recorded at 8:30 a.m., PVOIL's Thai Thinh Investment Park showed that the number of customers choosing E10 RON95 gasoline was relatively large compared to RON95-III gasoline. Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Vuong Ha Phuong - a resident of Dong Da ward (Hanoi) said that today is the first day E10 gasoline is sold on the market, so he wants to try this type of gasoline to experience the quality of this type of gasoline.
E10 RON95 gasoline is slightly cheaper than RON95-III mineral gasoline. I hope that in the coming time, E10 RON95 gasoline will still be cheaper than RON95-III gasoline but still ensure good quality, so that people can feel secure and confident in using it. If the experience is good, I will continue to trust in using E10 gasoline for environmental benefits" - Mr. Phuong affirmed.
Mr. Dinh Cong Doan - a resident of Dong Da ward (Hanoi) said: "I have read a lot about E10 RON95 gasoline in the press and media. This type of gasoline is considered environmentally friendly, suitable for Hanoi in the current context of pollution. I do not care too much about prices because the types of gasoline do not have too much difference, as long as the quality is good, I will continue to use them" - Mr. Doan emphasized.
As soon as it piloted the sale of E10 RON95 gasoline in Hanoi and Hai Phong, PVOIL also deployed E10 RON95 gasoline mixing plans in Da Nang and Quang Ngai. It is expected that in August 2025, PVOIL will process the processing for customers who are unit enterprises and retail E10 RON95 gasoline at the PVOIL export export trading system in the Central region.
