    The Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect people's opinions on considering commendation for 1 Senior Colonel.

    The Ministry of Public Security said that Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

    Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect people's opinions on considering commendation for individuals:

    Awarding the Third-class Fatherland Protection Order to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Ho Si Hai, former teacher, Faculty of Administrative Management on Social Order, People's Police College II.

    The Ministry of Public Security said that people's comments on the consideration of commendation for the above individuals should be sent to the mailbox: hoidapphapluat@mps.gov.vn within 10 days from the date of posting.
