On the afternoon of November 17, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a Ceremony to announce the Decision on personnel work. Colonel Luong Van Thiem - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - attended and chaired the ceremony.
Also attending were representatives of leaders of professional departments and police commanders of border communes in the area.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Ministry of Public Security related to personnel work, organizing meetings and parting ways with 35 officers and soldiers who were transferred to the Police of border communes of Cao Bang province from 2023.
After two years of performing tasks at the grassroots level, the officers and soldiers have fulfilled their assigned duties well and will continue to take on new tasks at professional units under the Ministry of Public Security.
This policy contributes to strengthening security and order in border communes - key areas, while creating an environment for practical training, improving the qualifications and working capacity of strengthened cadres.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Luong Van Thiem acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and efforts of the 35 officers and soldiers during their time working in the border area.
Colonel Luong Van Thiem emphasized that the increased cadre force has contributed significantly to maintaining political security, social order and safety, effectively serving local socio-economic development.
On this occasion, Cao Bang Provincial Police presented souvenirs to 35 officers and soldiers who were transferred, expressing their appreciation for their contributions during their time working in border communes, and at the same time encouraging comrades to continue promoting their sense of responsibility in their new positions.
