The People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Decision on the revocation of 22 houses and land belonging to agencies and units in the area and approved the exploitation plan to serve the temporary headquarters needs of the police force of communes and wards.
According to the Decision, 22 houses and land will be reclaimed in accordance with the plan for arranging and handling public assets previously approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
These assets are spread across many communes and wards such as Doan Ket, Trang Dinh, Thien Long, Vu Lang, Hung Vu, Nhat Hoa, Tan Tri, Vu Le, Diem He, Yen Phuc, Tan Doan, Khanh Khe, Van Lang, Thong Nhat, Tuan Son, Thien Tan, Cai Kinh, Huu Lien, Yen Binh, Cao Loc and Ky Lua ward.
The exploitation plan clearly stipulates that all 22 recovered facilities are temporarily assigned to the Provincial Police to arrange working headquarters for the Commune and Ward Police. The usage period will be extended until the new headquarters are upgraded and completely built.
The old De Tham Secondary School facility assigned to Trang Dinh Commune Police will be used until Trang Dinh Commune People's Committee has a need to receive it back.
The People's Committee of the border province also specifically identified 22 locations, corresponding to 22 police units of communes and wards.
Accordingly, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Khanh Long commune (old) was converted to Doan Ket commune police. De Tham Secondary School (old) became Trang Dinh Commune Police. Hoa Binh Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (old) becomes Thien Long Commune Police
The headquarters of the People's Committee of Tan Lap commune (old) became Vu Lang commune police.The headquarters of the People's Committee of Vu Le commune (old) became the Vu Le commune police.The headquarters of the People's Committee of Huu Lien commune (old) became the Huu Lien commune police...
...and other facilities according to the list of Appendices.
The Department of Finance is assigned to preside over the handover and receipt of assets; open a tracking book; determine the remaining value of fixed assets; and be responsible for the accuracy of the records. Communes and wards where assets are recovered must conduct asset reduction audits and declare changes according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Lang Son province also assigned the Provincial Police to be responsible for using the land for the right purpose, paying for electricity, water, protection, maintenance, repair and not having to pay land rent
In addition, the unit also handed over the assets when their term of use expired and ensured that the assets are still capable of normal operation.
