The National Election Council has just issued a Resolution announcing the official list of candidates for the 16th National Assembly deputies by constituency nationwide.
According to the announced list, in the mountainous province of Lang Son, there are 13 people participating in the election of National Assembly deputies. Among them, the court sector alone has up to 5 officials present, accounting for a significant proportion of the candidates in the locality.
The person holding the highest position in this group of officials is Mr. Phung Duc Chinh - Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Lang Son province.
In addition, the list also includes 3 judges working at the People's Courts of regions 1 and 5 of Lang Son province, including: Chu Thi Phuong Thao, Lanh Thi Ve and Hua Thi Thanh Xuyen.
Mr. Nong Dam Thanh - Secretary of the People's Court of Region 4, Lang Son province - is also on the list of candidates for the 16th National Assembly.
The participation of many court officials in the election is expected to contribute a voice from the practice of judicial activities to the National Assembly's decisions in the coming time.
