On the afternoon of September 11, the An Giang Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on early retirement, enjoying the regime, and demobilization according to Decree 178 of the Government and Circular 19 of the Ministry of National Defense to cadres, officers, and professional soldiers (QNCN) of agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command (CHQS).
Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Military Command attended and chaired the conference. Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, also attended the conference.
Authorized by the Party Committee of Military Region 9, the Provincial Military Party Committee has issued retirement decisions according to Decree 178 to 28 officers and employees of the management staff at the major and lieutenant colonel levels; and issued demobilization decisions to 6 officers and employees of the management staff. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee - Military Command also presented the decision to promote the rank and increase the salary policy for the rank of colonel to 13 comrades.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command Huynh Van Khoi sent his best wishes and acknowledged and highly appreciated the working process of the comrades who were able to retire and serve under the retirement regime according to Decree 178 of the Government on this occasion.
