On September 4, the Provincial Military Command (PCC) organized a democratic dialogue conference for the last 6 months of 2025 with officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command and representatives of agencies and units. Colonel Nguyen Van Nganh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command attended and chaired the meeting.
In the past time, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have thoroughly grasped and implemented resolutions, directives, plans and instructions from superiors for 100% of officers and soldiers. Direct the effective implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, ensuring democracy, publicity, transparency, and compliance with regulations. The process of implementing democratic regulations is always associated with performing assigned duties and tasks, close to the situation and tasks.
The results of implementing democracy in all aspects of professional military work, political and economic democracy, and daily life are carried out regularly and seriously; the activities of military councils are given attention; strictly maintained the regimes and regulations; officers and soldiers feel secure in their work, and complete assigned tasks well.

In a democratic and frank atmosphere, officers and soldiers boldly expressed their thoughts, aspirations and recommendations on issues of regimes and policies after the merger of agencies and units. The arrangement and assignment of cadres and personnel; working and living conditions; allowances, insurance regimes, and care for material and spiritual life. The opinions focused on a number of contents: democracy in professional military, democracy in politics and democracy in economy and life; training and combat readiness; military rear policy work, personnel work, inspection and supervision work, maintaining living order; emulation and reward work...
The opinions raised at the dialogue were explained by competent agencies and the Head of the Provincial Military Command, clearly answering the questions, thoughts and aspirations of officers and soldiers of agencies and units.
This democratic dialogue conference is not only an opportunity for Party committees and commanders to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the army, but also contributes to strengthening trust, consensus, strengthening internal solidarity, building a strong and comprehensive unit, and successfully completing all assigned tasks.
