Specifically reporting the election results of positions in the Party Executive Committee of the Capital Command for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress Presidium said that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Capital Command for the 2025-2030 term has 5 comrades.
Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation - participated in the Party Executive Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command according to the Party Charter.
The 4 comrades elected by the Party Executive Committee are: Comrade Luu Nam Tien - Political Commissar; Comrade Dao Van Nhan - Commander; Comrade Nguyen Dinh Thao - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff; Comrade Nguyen Khac Nhan - Deputy Political Commissar.
The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Capital Command includes 2 comrades: Comrade Luu Nam Tien - Political Commissar; Comrade Dao Van Nhan - Commander; in which, Comrade Luu Nam Tien was assigned by the Party Committee to be the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
The Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Capital Command consists of 7 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Khac Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar - was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Capital Command.
The Congress also listened to a report summarizing the discussion opinions on the Draft Political Report, a report accepting comments on the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Capital Command, term IV, 2025-2030. In the spirit of high consensus, the Congress voted 100% in favor of the above contents.
The Congress also listened to presentations and reports synthesizing comments on the documents of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee and the documents of the 14th Congress of the Party. The Congress unanimously approved these reports.
Next, the Congress elected the Party Delegation of the Capital Command to attend the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. As a result, the Congress elected 6 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the City Party Congress.
On behalf of the Party Executive Committee in his acceptance speech, Colonel Luu Nam Tien - Political Commissar, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - affirmed that the Party Executive Committee of the new Capital Command will continue to promote the heroic tradition; build a clean and strong Party Executive Committee; build the capital's armed forces with high quality, combining combat strength; contribute to building a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" army, build the capital "Cultured - Civilized - Modern".
With 100% consensus, the 4th Congress of the Hanoi Capital Command Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term voted to approve the Congress Resolution.
