On the morning of November 4, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.
According to the Politburo's decision, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai will cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transfer and assign to participate in the 13th Secretariat and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, General Secretary To Lam and the Party and State leaders for their attention and trust in giving her great responsibility as the head of a Party Committee directly under the Central Government.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was born in 1965, has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law, and has worked in many positions at the local and central levels.
