In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Party Committee agreed on 17 development targets such as: The rate of increase in total product value in the area is an average of 8% per year; the average income per capita in the area by 2030 will reach 110 million VND or more; strive to reduce the poverty rate to 0.96% (down 0.05% of households/year), near-poor households will decrease to 1.47% (down 0.06% of households/year) by the end of 2030.
At the same time, identify 3 breakthroughs including: Developing synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure, adapting to climate change; transforming the agricultural economic structure associated with developing trade - services and tourism; digital transformation and developing human resources. Focus on implementing digital transformation in education, healthcare, and public administration.
The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of the Cho Moi Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 29 comrades; the Standing Committee of 11 comrades, comrade Huynh Thi Nguyet Hong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Cho Moi Commune Party Committee; the Inspection Committee of 5 comrades and the Delegation attending the An Giang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
