ACV has also just organized a job fair and introduced more than 3,000 job opportunities in the fields of aviation and aviation services at the Long Thanh Airport Project to thousands of students and workers in Dong Nai province with diverse job positions, requiring qualifications from high school and above.
Long Thanh Airport Job Fair attracted about 9,500 online applications; more than 2,000 students from high schools, colleges, and universities in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City attended.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong - Head of the Long Thanh Airport Planning and Exploitation Department - said that the construction process of Long Thanh airport, ACV was accompanied and supported by the Dong Nai government and people in the project area. Therefore, ACV pays special attention, prioritizing the recruitment of local workers to work at the airport if they meet the conditions. Airlines staff require many criteria, in addition to professional qualifications and foreign languages, they also need to have 3 qualities: Respect principles and be highly disciplined; be healthy, withstand great work pressure; have communication skills, behavior, and teamwork coordination.

Dong Nai implements on-site human resource training and development project to serve Long Thanh airport
According to Mr. Le Truong Son - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee - to meet the human resources to serve Long Thanh airport, Dong Nai province directs training institutions to review and coordinate with ACV and airlines to develop training and fostering programs suitable for the recruitment needs of businesses and the characteristics of the aviation industry. Create conditions for interns at airports to help them interact and interact to improve their understanding of real work.
Dong Nai requested relevant units to regularly provide information about Long Thanh airport human resources so that the locality can be proactive in consulting and orienting people's careers. According to Mr. Le Truong Son, Dong Nai is currently implementing a Project on on-site human resource training and development to serve Long Thanh airport in the period of 2024 - 2026, with a vision to 2030. In addition, the province is also completing the dossier to develop a Resolution regulating the content and level of human resource training expenditure for Long Thanh airport in the period of 2026 - 2030.
