The Congress identified 3 breakthroughs including: focusing on mobilizing all resources to invest in building synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, especially transportation and commune markets; promoting the application of science, technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation; promoting private economic development.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of the Dong Hung Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term with 27 comrades; the Standing Committee of 9 comrades, comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trinh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Hung Commune Party Committee.
