Accordingly, the decision was made to establish the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Bac Lieu province, transfer 29 grassroots Party organizations and 564 Party members of the Party Committee of the provincial agencies to the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Bac Lieu province.
The Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Bac Lieu Province is a Party organization directly under the Provincial Party Committee and is the direct superior of the subordinate grassroots Party organizations, has legal status, its own seal and account, and is equipped with facilities and working means according to regulations. Comrade Huynh Quoc Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Bac Lieu Province.
Decision to establish the Party Committee of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee, transfer 50 grassroots Party organizations and 3,960 Party members of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc to directly under the Party Committee of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee.
The Party Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee is a Party organization directly under the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee and is the direct superior of the subordinate grassroots Party organizations; it has legal status, its own seal and account, and is equipped with facilities and working means according to regulations. Comrade Pham Van Thieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee.
The decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, consisting of 6 department-level units. Comrade Ta Trung Dung holds the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee until retirement age.
Along with that, Mr. Vo Van Luc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Mr. Tang Hong Truong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Mr. Pham Minh Luyen - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Ms. Truong Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee Lu Van Hung requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the two newly established Party Committees to identify their central and core roles, constantly innovate their work, continue to streamline their apparatus and organization, and truly be the intellectual core and vanguard of state agencies; continue to strongly innovate leadership methods, improve the Party's leadership capacity in a close and specific direction; pay attention to building truly streamlined advisory bodies of Party committees; and staff officers must have political qualities, revolutionary ethics, capacity, good professional qualifications, and professional expertise.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the two newly established Party Committees to urgently get to work, ensuring that the reorganized apparatus must operate smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and effectively, and must be better than the old apparatus; not leaving any areas or fields vacant; not affecting socio-economic activities and people's lives.
