Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the province is the first locality in the country to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee with the new name of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, along with the approved organizational structure and operating regulations.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, and decided to name it the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee.
The organizational structure consists of 6 department-level units: Office of the Board; Department of Propaganda, Press - Publishing; Department of Science, Culture - Arts; Department of Political Theory, Party History; Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies, Ethnicities and Religions; Department of Mass Organizations and Associations.
The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department appoint department heads and deputy department heads according to regulations. For department specialists, the current staff status in the merged departments will be maintained; only when necessary will they be transferred to ensure task requirements. The Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee issues regulations on functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and working relationships based on implementation according to regulations and instructions from the Central Government.
The Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to appoint Mr. Ha Sy Tiep, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; and to appoint 6 deputy heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
In addition, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board, transferring its functions and tasks to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Department of Health, and the Provincial General Hospital.
At the conference, the Party Executive Committee of Bac Ninh province announced the decision to transfer and assign Mr. Vu Minh Hieu, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Health Care and Protection Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
