According to the Ministry of National Defense's Information Portal on December 21, the Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 6575/QD-BQP announcing new administrative procedures, abolishing the field of National Defense Works Protection and Military Zones under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.
According to this decision, the Minister of National Defense decided to abolish 6 administrative procedures in the field of Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones under Sub-sections 4, 5, IV, Part A and Sub-sections 3, 4, 5, 6, II, Part B, Decision No. 6225/QD-BQP dated December 23, 2024 of the Minister of National Defense promulgating the current administrative procedure within the scope of the Ministry of National Defense's management.
Accordingly, administrative procedures with code 1,013267 are abolished: Procedures for granting licenses to foreign military ships to the Port to use services other than maintenance and repair services.
Abolish administrative procedures with code 1.013268: Procedures for granting licenses for foreign military ships to enter maintenance and repair at the Port.
Abolish administrative procedures with code 3,000416: Procedures for granting licenses for people and civil vehicles entering and leaving Cam Ranh International Port as planned.
Abolish administrative procedures with code 3,000417: Procedures for issuing and receiving documents for a period of 3 months for people and vehicles of State management agencies at Cam Ranh International Port; organizations and enterprises signing long-term contracts with Tan Cang Company - Petro Cam Ranh regularly issuing and entering Cam Ranh International Port.
Abolish administrative procedures with code 3,000418: Procedures for granting licenses to foreigners and Vietnamese people residing abroad with foreign passports to and from Cam Ranh International Port.
Abolish administrative procedures with code 3,000419: Procedures for granting licenses to overseas Vietnamese with Vietnamese passports, Vietnamese people working for foreign organizations to enter and exit Cam Ranh International Port.
Also according to this decision, the Minister of National Defense announced 3 new administrative procedures to issue the field of Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.
3 new administrative procedures include: Permitting Vietnamese people and civil vehicles to enter and exit Cam Ranh International Port; Permitting foreigners to enter and exit Cam Ranh International Port; Permitting Vietnamese citizens residing abroad to enter and exit Cam Ranh International Port.
