On March 31, in Hanoi, the Party Executive Committees of Central Party Agencies held the 2nd Executive Committee Conference, first quarter of 2025, according to VNA.
Mr. Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies - chaired the conference.
Speaking at the conference, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu highly appreciated the opinions of the participants who gave their opinions, responsibilities, enthusiasm, reasonable contributions and voted through many important contents.
The Standing Secretariat recommends that subordinate Party committees, especially Party committee secretaries, heads of Party organizations, agencies and units, focus on leading, directing, specifying and effectively implementing political tasks and Party building work throughout the Party.
In particular, continuing to effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; resolutions, conclusions, directives, and new regulations of the Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat.
Party committees continue to lead and direct the drastic implementation of Conclusion 121-KL/TW, dated January 14, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, term XII on streamlining the apparatus of the political system to operate effectively and efficiently; must urgently complete the arrangement of the apparatus within each agency and unit; pay attention to the quality of the staff and ensure the regime for cadres affected by the arrangement;
Focus on leading and directing the drastic implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and the Action Plan to implement digital transformation in the Party Committee; promptly develop a specific, practical and effective Action Plan; enhance the responsibility of leaders in implementation.
In particular, effectively implement the Digital Transformation Project in Party agencies; ensure that strategic advisory agencies must take the lead and be exemplary in digital transformation.
Party committees at all levels focus on leading and directing the drastic implementation of the Party Committee's Action Program to implement the Central Committee's direction on the Supplementary Project on Socio-Economic Development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
Regarding Party building work, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat noted the need to improve the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of Party organizations and Party members;
Implement well the work of political and ideological education for cadres and party members, propagate and mobilize cadres and party members to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws;
Strengthen leadership and direction in implementing the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline tasks; develop a plan to overcome limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the Politburo and Secretariat during the recent inspection; continue to build a clean and strong Party.
Regarding Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, Party committees at all levels need to thoroughly implement Directive 35,CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35.CT/TW; new conclusions of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress;
Proactively and actively prepare to successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels in the Party Committee, the first Party Congresses of Central Party Agencies according to the roadmap, ensuring quality and progress.
In particular, draft documents must be truly invested in creatively, not Formed, copy, concise, specific, easy to access, easy to implement; carry the thinking of competent agencies that both advise and organize the implementation of policies and strategies at the strategic level.
