On November 19, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu - Head of the Organizing Subcommittee for the 14th National Party Congress - chaired a meeting with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VHTTDL) and relevant agencies to review the work and give opinions on the plan to implement propaganda activities and decorate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
At the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism reported on the progress of the assigned tasks, decoration plans, and visual propaganda to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
After listening to the report and comments, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the past time.
Emphasizing that the Ministry's tasks are very large, very important, short-term, high-requirements, and innovation in both techniques and aesthetics, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the Ministry and units continue to seriously, promptly, and effectively implement the Conclusion of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the direction of General Secretary To Lam on this content.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat gave opinions on the work of decoration and visual propaganda in the areas and spaces; including decorating the space inside the Hall where the 14th National Party Congress took place at the National Convention Center, Thang Long Avenue (Hanoi).
Emphasizing the need to ensure synchronization, solemnity, harmony, and aesthetics, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the Government Party Committee direct the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to absorb the opinions expressed at the meeting; organize a survey team at the National Convention Center, and develop plans to ensure the set requirements and goals.
The Central Party Office, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee appraise the contents, quantity, forms, and plans for arranging propaganda slogans.
Stating that there is not much time left until the 14th National Party Congress, the requirements for propaganda content must be very specific, ensuring the factors mentioned in the Party's documents, the direction of the General Secretary, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Central Party Office, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to continue to coordinate well to propose the most optimal plan to promptly report to the Politburo for consideration and approval.
