On May 25, in Hanoi, the Department of Standards - Metrology - Quality (General Staff) organized the closing ceremony of the 2026 military ship inspector nghiệp vụ training class. Colonel Pham Hoai Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Standards - Metrology - Quality chaired the closing ceremony.
According to the organizers, the professional training class for military ship inspectors in 2026, held from May 4th to 25th, has completed all contents and programs according to plan.
Students have proactively overcome difficulties, participated in studying with the highest guaranteed number of troops; strictly complied with State laws, military discipline and class regulations.
Teachers shall properly and fully implement the training topics, achieve the objectives, requirements, programs, and plans that have been approved; strictly maintain class hours, ensure high-quality lectures; and at the same time focus on conveying many important and practical contents, in accordance with the principles of registration activities.
The Organizing Committee has coordinated with teachers to draft a set of question and answer sets to serve the organization of review and testing, assessing the quality of students' learning (in the form of multiple-choice tests). At the end of the training, 100% of students are eligible to complete the professional training course for military ship registration officers in 2026 and are issued Certificates of completion of the training course according to regulations.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the training class, Colonel Pham Hoai Anh requested the trainees to continue to research and master the knowledge that has been conveyed, and effectively apply it to the practical work of their agencies and units.
Promptly advise and propose appropriate measures to the commander on the implementation of registration work; contributing to ensuring technical safety and environmental protection for ships, boats and waterway vehicles in construction, reception, conversion, modernization, repair and in operation and use;
Thereby improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of management and organization of military ship inspection work at agencies and units throughout the army, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
