At the ceremony, representatives of the Organization and Personnel Department of Binh Dinh Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Le Quang Nhan (born in 1969, hometown Huong Son, Ha Tinh) - Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police - to hold the position of Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Police from June 15.
At the ceremony, the leaders of Binh Dinh Provincial Police also announced the President's Decision on promoting Mr. Le Quang Nhan to the rank of Major General of the People's Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung emphasized that the Ministry of Public Security's improvement of key personnel of the Provincial Police is an important premise to continue to maintain political security stability and social order and safety in the area.
He believes that in his new position, Major General Le Quang Nhan will continue to promote his experience, capacity and sense of responsibility to work with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department to lead and direct the implementation of assigned tasks well.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Major General Le Quang Nhan expressed his deep gratitude to the Party, State, Ministry of Public Security and local leaders for trusting him with the important responsibility. The Major General pledged to make the highest efforts to quickly perfect the apparatus to organize and operate effectively; ensure stability of the Provincial Police activities after the merger of Binh Dinh - Gia Lai; maintain security and order to serve the socio-economic development of the locality, contributing to the implementation of the growth target of 8.5% set by the province.
