Recently, Colonel Dinh Xuan Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4. At the conference, comrade Dinh Xuan Huong handed over the task to Colonel Truong Nhu Y - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command to be in charge of and manage the unit.
