Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, presented the Politburo's report on the reception and explanation of 6 contents discussed by the Central Committee: (1) Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. (2) Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented innovation in Vietnam over the past 40 years. (3) Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter to submit to the 14th National Party Congress. (4) Time, content and Program of the 14th National Party Congress. (5) Working regulations of the 14th Congress. (6) Election regulations at the 14th Congress.
Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, on behalf of the Politburo, presented the Politburo's report on receiving and explaining the Central Committee's 3 contents discussed: (1) Report on the implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2025, and the expected Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2026. (2) Report on the assessment of the state budget implementation in 2025, the state budget estimate in 2026 and the National 3-year budgetary financial plan 2026 - 2028. (3) National 5-year budget financial plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
The Central Committee discussed and gave opinions on the above contents and approved the Resolution of the 13th Central Conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech at the Conference.
