In the morning, the Central Committee worked in the Hall, discussing the contents discussed in groups on October 6, including: Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; expected time, content and program of the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Working Regulations of the 14th National Party Congress and Election Regulations at the 14th National Party Congress. Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.
Next, the Central Committee worked in the group, discussing 3 contents: (i) Report on the implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2025, and the Expected Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2026. (ii) Report on the assessment of the state budget implementation in 2025, the state budget estimate in 2026 and the National 3-year budgetary financial plan 2026 - 2028. (iii) National 5-year financial plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
In the afternoon, the Central Committee worked in the Hall, discussing the contents that the Central Committee discussed in the group in the morning. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister, on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.
