At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee announced and awarded decisions to transfer and appoint 64 cadres to hold the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes and wards.
This is an important consolidation of the contingent of grassroots military officers, aimed at continuing to consolidate and improve the quality of implementing local defense and military tasks in the new situation.

At the conference, delegates listened to the announcement of Decision No. 01/QD-QK1 of Military Region 1 on the term appointment of 99 cadres to hold the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes and wards of Bac Ninh province.
Also on January 12, the Party Committee - Military Command of Ninh Binh province organized a conference to announce the decision to reorganize the Military Command of communes and wards and award personnel decisions to cadres under the Military Command of Ninh Binh province.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee of Ninh Binh province announced the Minister of National Defense's decision on reorganizing the Military Commands of communes, wards, and special zones under the Provincial and City Military Commands and the Hanoi Capital Command, the Ho Chi Minh City Command; Decision of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on promulgating the organization and payroll of the Military Commands of communes, wards, and special zones.
The conference also announced and awarded the decision of the Military Region 3 Command on the term appointment of 129 officers holding the positions of Commanders of the Military Commands of communes and wards in Ninh Binh province.
In Quang Ngai, the Military Command of Quang Ngai province is continuing to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ngai to review the number of civil servants holding positions at the commune-level Military Command with aspirations, meeting the criteria for politics, professional qualifications, health, age, and age limit to be recruited into the army according to regulations.
