Regarding the rights of civil servants and public employees, the Ministry of Home Affairs has proposed raising salaries, allowances and other items.

On the morning of December 18, the Ministry of Home Affairs held a conference to summarize human rights work in 2025 and work directions and tasks in 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang said that human rights and human rights protection issues have always been consistently implemented by Vietnam from the policies to the action programs of the entire political system. Policies, resolutions, and action programs all clearly demonstrate the need to take people as the center, aiming at the goal of leaving no one behind.

The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs stated that human rights and the field of human rights protection are important issues. Depending on each period, there are different policies, but the most comprehensive goals of human rights that our country sets are to protect the right to work, the right to life, the right to seek happiness, the right to work, the right to enjoy scientific achievements.

2025 is a year facing events in the world, region and country affecting human rights and human rights. In particular, the Ministry of Home Affairs has an important task as the advisory agency on streamlining the organization and arrangement of the apparatus, directly affecting people, civil servants, public employees, and party members.

The Deputy Minister said that the right to contribute of party members, civil servants, and public employees when consulting on the arrangement of administrative units and the operation of local governments at both levels is given great attention.

In addition, the event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification Day, and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country honored the values of the nation and enhanced Vietnam's human rights.

According to the Deputy Minister, currently, human rights and the right to express express human rights, the right to access and enjoy advanced human rights in Vietnam are being promoted.

Regarding access, 98% of Vietnam's population has access to the internet. Regarding the right to express, people have the right to express their thoughts, feelings, objective views, and social criticism in a constructive spirit.

In addition, Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang informed that the implementation of tasks under international treaties such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the implementation of the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights, etc. has been actively participated by Vietnam.

In the field of labor and employment, the Ministry of Home Affairs is actively completing the National Employment Exchange to ensure that all people have jobs. Workers are given fairness in their job choices.

In addition, the field of workers working abroad has increased signing and cooperation with countries. From there, workers are able to contribute and enjoy the fruits of their contributions, creating income for individuals.

Regarding the rights of civil servants and public employees, the Deputy Minister of Information informed that the Ministry of Home Affairs has proposed to increase salaries, allowances and other items. In addition to those who quit their jobs due to the restructuring of the apparatus and enjoy preferential policies according to Decree 178, those who stay to work will also enjoy benefits to continue contributing.

Human rights and human rights protection work take place every day, every hour, in many fields.
