The Ministry of the Interior requires strengthening inspection, inspection and strictly handling violations of gender equality in 2025.

At the authorization of the Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha signed a dispatch to ministries and ministerial -level agencies under the Government; People's Committees of provinces and cities under the Central Government; The central agency of the unions guides the implementation of gender equality in 2025.

In the Official Letter, the Ministry of Home Affairs guides specific guidance on improving the capacity and efficiency of state management of gender equality as follows:

Early consolidate the organizational structure, arrange and assign cadres and civil servants to work in gender equality at agencies and units. Enhance the responsibilities of state management agencies for gender equality; improve the role and responsibilities of the Party committees and authorities at all levels in directing and implementing the Party's guidelines, laws and policies of the State on gender equality.

Organize the training of gender integration skills in developing legal documents, strategies, programs and projects ... for officials in charge of legally processing and formulating policies and laws.

Training knowledge about gender and gender equality for inspection and judicial staff, cadres in charge of gender equality and members of the Board for the advancement of women of ministries, branches and localities.

Organize provincial -level source lecturers to proactively implement the work of fostering and improving the capacity of cadres who work in gender equality and prevention and response to gender -based violence in accordance with local requirements.

Notably, the Ministry requires strengthening inspection, inspection and strictly handling violations of gender equality; promptly verify and report issues and cases related to gender equality and gender -based violence for competent state agencies to coordinate to settle.

Focusing on interdisciplinary coordination between state management agencies and socio -political organizations in the construction, implementation, inspection, examination and supervision of the implementation of laws and policies on gender equality.

Encourage pilot construction and operation of initiatives and models to promote gender equality and prevention and response to gender -based violence.

Prioritize budget layout; Develop mechanisms and policies to mobilize human resources and funding to ensure the implementation of gender equality in the locality. Promote socialization, mobilize legal resources from domestic and international agencies, organizations and individuals to increase sustainability and efficiency in the implementation of gender equality.

Strictly implement the collection of statistical criteria and report according to Circular 10/2019/TT-BKHDT dated July 30, 2019 of the Minister of Planning and Investment on the regulation of the National Gender Development Statistics Criteria; Guide data collection, report the results of the national strategy on gender equality period 2021-2030.

Reward and promptly praise individuals and units with outstanding achievements in gender equality and prevention and response to gender -based violence.

Strictly implement the information regime, report on gender equality, ensure content according to the outline, appendix, and the reporting term as required.
