Hamlet 3, Minh Quan commune has 152 households with 592 people, including 6 ethnic groups. In 2024, the hamlet mobilized people to build 800 m of concrete road from the hamlet main road to the hamlets; maintained 7 km of lighting lines with funds contributed by the people; and took care of 4 flower roads with a length of 2.5 km.
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment expressed his excitement at witnessing the transformation of the locality. At the same time, he affirmed that this was the result of the spirit of solidarity and the joint efforts of each villager and commune member for the highest goal of helping people live in peace, prosperity and happiness.
