Information from the CSCD Command, the subjects of the selection are Vietnamese citizens with good qualities and ethics, university graduation or higher, regular system (excluding university admission), achieving the grade of Quite or higher (except for cases of university graduation abroad or master's or doctoral degrees not classified or classified as graduation) in majors according to the selection quota (aged from 18 to 30 years old);
Cadres, civil servants, and public employees working in ministries, branches, at the central and local levels or officers and professional soldiers serving in the Vietnam People's Army, who are paid in the People's Armed Forces (elected up to 35 years old).
Regarding the number of selections, including: Construction Engineering (03 targets); Architecture (01 targets); Traffic Construction (01 targets); Economics and Finance (01 targets).
Priority is given to receiving application for citizens with a doctorate degree; master's degree; excellent university graduate or with 3 years or more of practical experience working in the construction sector.
Citizens are selected to meet health standards and political standards to be admitted to the People's Public Security according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
Eligible citizens can submit their application according to the following instructions:
Registration documents, including:
Voluntary service application in the People's Public Security. Including the commitment to serve at the Mobile Police Command for at least 15 years ( sign-on);
Self-declaration personal record (according to the general form of the Ministry of Public Security), no need for confirmation from the People's Committee of the commune or ward where they reside;
Certified copy of birth certificate;
Certified copy of the diploma, training certificate in accordance with the admission quota and scoreboard (with certification) of the full-term learning results (if any).
In case the diploma, certificate, or scoreboard issued by a foreign training institution must be translated into Vietnamese (with certification) and recognized by a competent authority under the Ministry of Education and Training with equivalent documents on the diploma or certificate according to the provisions of law;
Certificate of Union Member, Party Member (if any);
The health certificate is issued by a district-level or higher hospital within 30 days from the date of application submission as prescribed;
Photo 4cm x 6cm: 04 color photos taken in 06 months up to the date of application submission.
Time to receive documents: The deadline for receiving documents is 16:30, October 17, 2025.
Submit the dossier to the CSCD Command (through the Personnel Organization Department), address at 88 Xuan Phuong Street, Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi City or submit the dossier to the military camp of all units under the CSCD Command.
