At the reception of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations for the 2025-2030 term, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Farmers' Union Phan Nhu Nguyen presented a speech: "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, intelligence, democracy, discipline and the responsibility to set an example for cadres and members of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, actively participating in building a strong and comprehensive Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Organizations, contributing to building and consolidating the great national unity bloc in the new era".
According to Mr. Phan Nhu Nguyen, the country is strongly implementing the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus, aiming to build a streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient political system, better meeting the requirements of socio-economic development and international integration.
The rearrangement of the political system, including the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and socio-political organizations, requires each cadre and party member to sacrifice for the common good, for the benefit of the nation and people.
In the requirements of new tasks, new organizational models, and many phases of streamlining, the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union believes in and is determined in politics, strictly implementing the Party's policies and guidelines for comprehensive innovation.
At the same time, it is necessary to constantly raise awareness among cadres and party members about the importance of implementing the principle of democratic centralism. It is necessary to always identify the good implementation of this principle as one of the important requirements to build solidarity and unity among Party organizations, promote collective intelligence, and create consensus on issued and implemented policies and decisions. Democracy must be under the leadership of concentration and centralism in the democratic spirit.
The Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee always strictly follow the principles of the Party's organization and operation, in which democratic centralism is the basic organizational principle, implementing the collective leadership and individuals in charge, discussing, exchanging, discussing democratically, and deciding by majority.

To successfully implement the orientations set out in the Central Party Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union for the 2025-2030 term, actively implement: First, continue to thoroughly grasp and study the resolutions, directives, decisions and instructions of the Central Committee in conjunction with the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and the Central Committee's Resolutions on strengthening Party building and rectification.
Prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution", "self-transformation" associated with practicing thrift and fighting waste, with Party building and rectification; rectify, fight, and eliminate the concern about promoting the prevention and control of corruption and negativity of some cadres and party members, especially cadres in leadership and management.
Second, always continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and democracy associated with discipline and exemplary responsibility of all cadres and party members, especially the head; strictly comply with the principles of organization and operation of the Party. Set an example that must go hand in hand with the spirit of persistently implementing the Central Resolutions of the 11th, 12th and 13th terms of the Party to always " self-respect", " self-revise" and promote the supervisory role of cadres, party members and the people.
Third, build a strong team of cadres and Party members of the Central Party Committee of the Association, with the capacity, qualifications, and moral qualities to complete their tasks well, select cadres who ensure standards of political qualities, ethics, practical capacity, innovative thinking, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, stick with members and farmers, have a development vision to introduce training and fostering proposals to key positions of the Association organization and the Party's cadre source.
Fourth, strengthen inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; focus on regular inspection and supervision, prevent violations; strictly manage cadres and Party members. Develop, perfect and concretize the regulations and rules of the Party and State in managing and operating the organization and operation of the Association;
Be public, transparent, and strictly handle cadres and party members who commit corruption, negativity, and violations, and promptly reward and encourage exemplary cadres and party members with outstanding achievements in performing their assigned duties and tasks.
Fifth, promote the development of innovative science and technology and digital transformation in Party work, areas of organization of the Association, build a database system for members, integrate on the Vietnam Farmers digital platform; encourage and support technology and digital transformation for members and farmers.
