The Provincial Party Standing Committee requests Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities to lead and direct the dissemination and serious implementation of the contents in Conclusion No. 128, dated March 7, 2025 of the Politburo.
From March 7 until the completion of the project of not organizing district-level administrative units and merging and consolidating a number of provincial-level administrative units, reorganizing commune-level administrative units; implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State; strictly implementing the policy:
For the province: Temporarily suspend the recruitment, planning, transfer, rotation, appointment, and approval of the policy of completing the positions of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; completing and supplementing the Party committees and standing committees at the Party committees for the 2020-2025 term and leaders at the head and deputy leaders of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.
For district and commune levels: Temporarily suspend recruitment, planning, transfer, rotation, appointment, and nomination for leadership and management positions and perfect and supplement the Standing Committee, Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary at district and commune levels. For the positions of leaders, commanders of the army, police, people's courts, and People's Procuracies in localities, they are implemented according to the instructions of competent authorities.
Party committees, party organizations, agencies, units, and localities, especially heads of leadership, direction, concretization, and implementation, ensure unity, synchronization, and strictness; strengthen the inspection of the implementation of Conclusion No. 128 of the Politburo.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinates with relevant agencies to monitor implementation in agencies, units and localities; after the Politburo, the Secretariat and competent authorities decide on specific reorganization plans for the apparatus of the political system, advise and propose the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to continue directing the contents related to personnel work according to regulations.
During the implementation process, if difficulties or problems arise, Party committees, agencies, units and localities shall promptly report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee (through the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee) for consideration and direction.
