Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has signed Decision No. 1903/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the plan to cut and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The Prime Minister approved the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures related to production and business activities in 7 areas: Science and technology activities; quality measurement standards; telecommunications and Internet; information technology, electronics; radiation and nuclear safety; intellectual property; radio frequency.
In the field of quality measurement standards, the Prime Minister approved the content of simplifying administrative procedures for granting a Certificate of registration for providing inspection, validation and testing services.
The simplified content for the procedure for Changing the number of telecommunications subscribers includes: Reducing the content of the dossier: Cope of business registration certificate or investment registration certificate (for organizations, businesses) or a copy with a certificate of establishment decision (for agencies and organizations that are not businesses) including a copy issued from the original book or a printed copy from electronic documents from the national database in cases where the original information is stored in the national database.
At the same time, the Prime Minister also approved the cancellation of procedures for transferring the right to use the Vietnamese national domain name ".vn"; procedures for converting the registered subject to use the Vietnamese national domain name ".vn"... to ensure the implementation of socialization to businesses (as registered by the domain name Registrar "vn." implement), managed through post-inspection.
The Prime Minister approved a reduction in the implementation time of some administrative procedures as follows: Procedures for requesting appraisal of the content of third-party patent registration applications are reduced from 540 days to 360 days; Procedures for withdrawing industrial property registration are reduced from 60 days to 30 days; Procedures for requesting termination of patenting use rights according to the mandatory decision are reduced from 60 days to 30 days; Procedures for granting Industrial Property Representative Service Certificates are reduced from 30 days to 20 days; Procedures for granting patenting registration are reduced from 630 days to 360 days.
Some procedures in the field of radio frequency reduce conditions including: Procedures for reissuing a license to use the band; Procedures for granting a license to use the frequency and radio equipment for radio and television equipment; Procedures for granting a license to use the frequency and radio equipment for microchips; Procedures for granting a license to use the frequency and radio equipment for electric radio stations placed on fishing vessels.
