The Government Inspectorate on July 7 said that the Government Inspectorate has just received the existing civil servant; Receiving financial issues, assets and equipment related to the contingent of cadres and civil servants of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Ethnic and Religion, the Ministry of Justice transferred to the Government Inspectorate.
In particular, the units of the Ministry of Finance have coordinated with the Government Inspectorate to review cadres and civil servants, ensuring conditions and criteria.
Up to now, the total number of cadres and civil servants of the Ministry of Finance Inspectorate transferred to the Government Inspectorate is 154 people, including 10 leaders (1 Chief Inspector and 9 Deputy Chief Inspectors); 10 Heads of departments and equivalents; 26 Deputy Heads of Departments and equivalents; 2 probationaries; the remaining 106 civil servants do not hold positions.
The Ministry of Finance will continue to complete some contents on personnel work before May 15, urgently issuing decisions to transfer civil servants of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance to the Government Inspectorate.
At the same time, transfer the personal records of civil servants to the Government Inspectorate and issues related to salary payment related to the transfer time frame, the closure of social insurance books of cadres and civil servants.
Regarding the handover and receipt of finance, assets and equipment, representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Government Inspectorate have reviewed, discussed and agreed on a detailed plan to complete before May 31.
At the Ministry of Construction, units of this ministry have coordinated with the Government Inspectorate to review cadres and civil servants, ensuring conditions and criteria.
Up to now, the total number of cadres and civil servants of the Ministry of Construction Inspectorate transferred to the Government Inspectorate is 82 people, including 5 leaders (1 Chief Inspector and 4 Deputy Chief Inspector); 8 Department Heads and equivalent; 22 Deputy Department Deputy Heads and equivalent; the remaining 47 civil servants are not in office.
The Ministry of Construction will urgently issue decisions to transfer civil servants of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction to the Government Inspectorate.
Along with that, transfer the personal records of civil servants to the Government Inspectorate and issues related to salary payment related to the transfer time frame, the closure of social insurance books of cadres and civil servants... before May 15.
With the Ministry of Justice, this ministry also proactively coordinates with the Government Inspectorate to review cadres and civil servants, ensuring that they meet the requirements and standards set out.
The review results show that 22 civil servants under the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice have been transferred to the Government Inspectorate, including 1 Chief Inspector, 1 Deputy Chief Inspector, 6 department-level leaders and 14 civil servants.
For inspection plans of the Ministry of Justice Inspectorate, the Government Inspectorate will receive all 7 administrative inspections by the Ministry of Justice Inspectorate. After completing the reception and reorganization of the organization, the Government Inspectorate will have a plan to revise the content of the inspection accordingly.
According to Decision No. 755/QD-TTg dated April 13, 2025 of the Prime Minister, the inspection system, organizational structure, and personnel of the Government Inspectorate will be arranged on the basis of ending the activities of 12 Ministries Inspectorate and 5 department-level units of the Government Inspectorate;
Receive and transfer civil servants to work as inspection officers of 12 Ministry inspectors to the Government Inspectorate.
