Previously, on June 8, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 59-NQ/TU on appointing personnel for the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and introducing personnel for the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term in 39 newly established communes and wards in Hung Yen province.
According to Resolution No. 59, the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointed 1,007 comrades to participate in the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term of 39 newly established communes and wards in the province; decided to establish 39 Trus Committees to deploy and build the political system at the new commune level. At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was assigned to advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to issue decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; introduce personnel for the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term in newly established communes and wards according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units; conclude political standards for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and plan to assign cadres participating in the Party Committee to hold management leadership positions in newly established communes and wards; propose the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to handle cases that do not meet political standards according to regulations.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned district Party Committees, town Party Committees, and city Party Committees to coordinate with the Trus Committee of newly established communes and wards in the current districts, towns, and cities to implement tasks, support, and facilitate the activities of the new commune-level Party Committee and government and implement political, economic, cultural, social, military, security and order tasks in wards and communes. At the same time, thoroughly grasp and implement the policies, resolutions, conclusions, directives, instructions, and regulations of the Party, the laws of the State and the province on the arrangement of the apparatus of the commune-level political system in the area at present; prepare to review and hand over tasks from the district level, hand over cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the district to the commune level; create conditions for arranging, arranging, and preparing facilities, equipment, and working conditions to ensure the political system of the new communes and wards is soon stable and operates effectively.
Speaking at the conference, assigning tasks to the Standing Comrades of the Party Committees of the new communes and wards, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia congratulated the comrades who were trusted and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and the Standing Comrades of the Party Committees of the new communes and wards.
The Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee affirmed that in addition to implementing central documents and issuing provincial documents to lead, direct, and implement the arrangement of administrative units, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee especially attach importance to personnel work. Therefore, the development of plans and personnel arrangement at the commune level has been carried out by the province fairly and objectively on the basis of the results of reviewing, comparing criteria, standards, assessing capacity, qualifications, dynamic spirit, and creativity of each comrade.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee believes and hopes that cadres in communes and wards will unite and coordinate to effectively implement assigned tasks, thereby contributing to promoting the development of the locality in particular and contributing to the development of Hung Yen province in general.
