From only applying administrative order measures, the Government has flexibly switched to combining administrative measures with scientific measures, focusing on the "vaccin diplomacy" campaign, vaccine coverage.

Towards the period 2026-2030, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the determination to achieve double-digit growth.
