Ensuring facilities for new commune level to operate
There is not much time left for the new commune level to operate, Ca Mau province organizes many teams to conduct field inspections.
After organizing inspections in some localities, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province found that the work of preparing necessary working conditions for the new commune-level government to operate according to the prescribed schedule was still slow; many localities did not have a detailed and specific plan for implementation.

To ensure the commune level is put into operation on schedule and operates well, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province requested the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the People's Committees of districts and cities of Ca Mau according to their functions and tasks to urgently review, upgrade, and repair the working headquarters of commune-level administrative units after the arrangement. It is necessary to reorganize operations in the area, especially public administrative service centers and online meeting rooms, ensuring the necessary working conditions to well serve the assigned functions and tasks of the new commune-level government, providing public services to people and businesses continuously and conveniently, absolutely without affect or interruption.

The district level and key cadres assigned to the new commune level must quickly have a detailed plan, specifically arranging working conditions (working rooms, equipment...), ensuring eligibility to put into operation and operation immediately when the competent authority decides.
Avoid wasting public headquarters after arrangement
Regarding the use of public assets as headquarters, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province assigned the Department of Finance to develop a complete plan to handle public assets as working headquarters, and establishments for unused, ineffective, and improper use of agencies, organizations, and units in the province according to the guidance of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 2950/BTC-QLCS dated March 11, 2025, ensuring "6 clearly: Clear people, clear work, clear time, responsibility, clear products, clear authority", submit to the Provincial People's Committee no later than June 16, 2025 for consideration, promulgation, and as a basis for implementation, not to waste assets; regularly review, advise, and add the list of public assets to the implementation plan.

Establish working groups to urge and directly guide agencies, organizations, units and localities with large, complex headquarters and facilities, slow processing progress; thereby, propose competent authorities to strictly handle the responsibilities of collectives and individuals who do not perform or do not fully perform assigned tasks, especially the responsibilities of the head, affecting the progress and effectiveness of the arrangement and arrangement of headquarters and facilities under their management.
