Delighted to meet President Zyuganov and comrades in the leadership of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on increasingly affirming and consolidating its prestige in the Russian political arena, making positive contributions to Russia overcoming difficulties in the past time; believing that Russia under the leadership of President Vladimir Putin and Russian leaders will overcome challenges and continue to develop strongly.
Reviewing the milestones in Vietnam-Russia relations, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that no matter what the circumstances, the special feelings between the people of the two countries, the two nations and the two Parties will never change, but become increasingly stronger, for the development of each country and for peace, cooperation, and development in the region and in the world.
Informing about the situation in Vietnam, the Prime Minister said that with a "100-year long-term vision, broad vision, thinking deeply, doing big", Vietnam strives to be a developing country with a high average income by 2030 and a developed country with high income by 2045. In that process, Vietnam wishes to receive the support and cooperation of international friends, including the Russian Federation in general and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in particular.
Emphasizing the viewpoint of "unity to create strength, cooperation to gain benefits, dialogue, listening to consolidate trust" and "listening with sincerity, sharing with heart, acting with specific products", Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that the Communist Party of Vietnam always values the good traditional friendly relations with the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
Thanking the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and President Zyuganov personally for always having precious feelings for the Communist Party and the country and people of Vietnam in the process of national independence and national development, the Prime Minister wished the two Parties to continue to strengthen exchanges of experience in Party organization, building and rectifying; organizing theoretical exchanges, practical research, building visions; training cadres; and at the same time contributing to preserving, nurturing, and deepening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the benefit of the people of the two countries, for peace, cooperation, stability and development in the region and in the world.
Appreciating Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Zyuganov believes that the visit will be successful and create new momentum in the relations between the two countries.
Congratulating Vietnam on the very successful organization of the 14th Party Congress and the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, as well as the outstanding achievements of national development in the past time, Chairman Zyuganov believes that under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnam will achieve the two 100-year goals as set out.
The Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation agreed to strengthen the exchange of high-level delegations of the two Parties; share information on the activities of each Party; actively support and promote relations between mass organizations of the two Parties; strengthen coordination and mutual support at multilateral party forums, as well as events that the two parties jointly participate in and organize as proposed by the Prime Minister.
