President Luong Cuong will preside over the Opening Ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime in Hanoi.

On September 25, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Opening Ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime with the theme "Fighting cybercrime - Sharing responsibility - Towards the future" will take place from October 25-26, 2025 in Hanoi.

Politburo member and President Luong Cuong chaired the event, with the participation of United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres and many senior leaders of countries, regional and international organizations.
