According to initial information, at around 2:00 a.m. the same day at km 968+900 in Nam Dinh village, Bo Trach commune, a tractor trailer with license plate 29H-833.XX pulling a trailer 29R-520.XX driven by driver Tran Van Dinh (born in 1988, residing in Yen Mac commune, Ninh Binh) suddenly caught fire in the North - South direction. At this time, there was also a bus conductor Nguyen Van Chinh (born in 1994).
The fire spread quickly, causing all 120 motorbikes on the trailer to be burned down, the tractor and trailer to burn to the frame, causing severe damage.
After receiving the news, the authorities quickly arrived, deployed fire extinguishers, protected the scene and regulated traffic through the area.
