The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a decision to reorganize the Working Group to inspect, handle and resolve complicated complaints and denunciations about security and order in the city according to plan No. 329/KH-TTCP dated September 25, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, was assigned to be the Head of the Working Group. Mr. Tran Van Bay - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee will hold the role of Permanent Deputy Head of the Committee.
The Deputy Heads include: Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Tran Quang Lam - Director of the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Pham Van Nhi - Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Hoang Vu Thanh - Acting Director of the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City.
The working group also included leaders of many agencies and units such as: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Internal Affairs Committee of the City Party Committee, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee, Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Police, People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City, Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, Department of Justice, Citizen Reception Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and Chairmen of People's Committees of wards and communes where complicated complaints and denunciations related to security and order arose.
The task of the Working Group is to direct, monitor, urge, inspect, handle and resolve complicated complaints and denunciations about security and order in Ho Chi Minh City, according to plan No. 329 of the Government Inspectorate, with a total of 48 cases that need to be focused on handling.
The Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate is assigned to be the standing agency of the Working Group. The Head of the Working Group is responsible for assigning tasks to members and issuing a plan to inspect, handle and resolve cases in accordance with regulations.
