On June 3, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nong Thi Ha - Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Member of the Central Steering Committee for the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide - shared that many organizations and localities have had creative ways, providing very practical and effective support in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide.
First of all, the banking sector has accompanied the Government to effectively carry out the emulation movement of the whole country joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.
Immediately after the Prime Minister launched the banking industry committed to supporting 1,300 billion VND and specifically assigning each bank to support localities.
Up to now, the banking industry has also transferred about 1,200 billion VND to localities.
The banking industry also launched a movement for each cadre, employee, and worker of the industry to support at least one day's salary to eliminate 1,000 temporary and dilapidated houses for localities.
Second, the Army force with the motto of identifying the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses as a combat mission in peacetime.
The entire army determined that eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses was a task, a political responsibility and a sentiment of the Party Committee, commanders at all levels as well as officers and soldiers, thereby tightening the affection between the army and the people.
To date, the Army has contributed over 600 billion VND and mobilized more than 21,000 officers and soldiers with more than 76,500 working days to support the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses.

Regarding localities, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Nong Thi Ha shared that in addition to Nghe An province, localities such as Binh Dinh have creative and speedy ways of doing things, especially in solving residential land for households living in temporary houses, dilapidated houses and for households lacking land. In 3 months, Binh Dinh province has completed the removal of all 4,411 houses for households in the area.
In addition, Binh Dinh province is also flexible and creative in the deployment of temporary houses and dilapidated houses such as: In addition to the general support level (60 million for new construction, 30 million for repair), the districts have mobilized to support higher than the general level for people, ensuring the new level of new construction and 40 million VND for repair; is one of the few localities to carry out the entrustment through the Social Policy Bank for lending to build and repair houses for poor and near -poor households, over VND 54 billion; The provincial funding has been proactive in advance (VND 106 billion) to delete all 2,224 temporary houses for people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs in the province. Up to now, Binh Dinh has completed the removal of temporary houses and dilapidated houses.
According to Deputy Minister Nong Thi Ha, Ha Tinh Province, one of the outstanding highlights with the implementation of the "sponsor" assignment models such as: "The construction team is not homogeneous", "Each officer in charge of a home", "supports in the area" ... Thereby promoting the pioneering role, exemplary role of cadres and party members and spreading deeply the spirit of sharing, solidarity in the community. Mass organizations, members, volunteers, soldiers, armed forces ... contributing thousands of working days to support dismantling, transporting and building, contributing to reducing costs, accelerating the progress and improving the quality of works.
Binh Phuoc province has a very vibrant movement, launching an emulation campaign in 200 days and nights to completely eliminate the number of temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. Up to now, Binh Phuoc province is also one of 20 provinces that have completed the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses.
A locality in a very difficult area, Son La province, is also a typical example of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. At the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, Son La province still has approximately 12,000 households living in temporary and dilapidated houses. Right from the beginning of the term, Son La launched a movement and in three years, from 2020-2024, the province has deployed and proactively mobilized resources to eliminate nearly 9,000 dilapidated houses.
After the Prime Minister launched the movement, Son La province also focused on mobilizing all forces with practical and effective activities, assigning cadres and party members to take charge of each household, helping each village, each locality, each locality. Up to now, Son La province has completed the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses with a total of 2,544 houses of dilapidated houses eliminated in the period from April 2024 to present.
Up to now, 20/63 provinces and cities nationwide have met the criteria of no more temporary or dilapidated houses.
