On November 23, according to PV's investigation, Phuc Thanh Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of 79 used motorbikes belonging to Lang Son Provincial Police, with a total starting price of more than 205 million VND.
The property includes many popular car models such as Honda Phantom 200cc, Future, Wave; Yamaha Sirius, Jupiter and some other specialized cars.
Most of the vehicles were manufactured from 2004 to 2010, some of the older cars were from 1999-2003. All are determined to be liquidated assets according to the decision of the owner and the valuation certificate approved by the competent authority.
According to regulations, individuals and organizations that want to participate in the auction must buy documents at the price of VND 100,000/Ministry and deposit VND 40 million into the account of the organizing unit no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025.
The auction was conducted directly in words, according to the method of bidding up, with a minimum price step of 1 million VND. The valid return price must be equal to or higher than the starting price of the vehicle.
Those in need can buy and submit documents from November 14 to 26, 2025; the property can be viewed for three days, at the vehicle storage location in the central area of Lang Son province.
The auction will be held at 9:30 a.m. on November 29, 2025 at the headquarters of Phuc Thanh Company in Hanoi City. The organizing unit recommends that participants carefully study the property list and Auction Regulations to ensure compliance with regulations and prepare complete information before attending.
